Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated, home-based individuals, such as stay-at-home parent to join our team as Parcel Forwarding Coordinators. The role involves receiving parcels from delivery services and forwarding them accordingly, ensuring a critical part of the supply chain operates smoothly.
Responsibility and Attention to Detail:
While the job may seem straightforward, it requires a high level of responsibility and attentiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive parcels from delivery companies such as DHL, UPS, etc., ensuring they are securely received without damage.

Forward parcels to specified addresses as per the instructions provided.

Maintain accurate records of all parcels using our proprietary software system.

Communicate effectively with your supervisor to report any issues or to receive further instructions.

Be available at home to accept deliveries during standard delivery hours.

Requirements:
Must have a home environment suitable for securely receiving parcels throughout the day.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn and use company software.

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal
communication skills.

Capable of lifting and handling parcels of various sizes.

Previous experience in logistics or a similar field is beneficial but not necessary.

Pay: $30 per parcel.

Volume: Expect 50-70 parcels per month.

Your earnings will be $30 for each processed package, plus we reimburse all related expenses such as delivery costs and packing materials. For oversized packages, we pay an additional $10. Considering that you will be processing 50-70 packages a month on average, your average monthly income will be around $1,700. Payments are made to your bank account, through PayPal, neobanks like Revolut, or in cryptocurrency. In the first month, payment is made weekly. Starting from the second month, payments will be made twice a month.
Absolutely not. You will not have to pay anything out of your pocket at any stage of cooperation with our company. Neither during the employment process nor while performing your work duties will you be required to make any financial investments. We cover all necessary expenses related to your job, and we do not ask for any payments from you.
Yes, our activities are completely legal. Our company is officially registered in Dubai and operates strictly in accordance with the law. You will not face any risks related to the violation of laws. At the beginning of cooperation with us, we will sign four agreements that legally protect your rights and interests, ensuring full legal security of your work.

Most often, packages contain electronics, as this is more financially beneficial for our clients. Clothing and cosmetics are also common, with cosmetics often arriving in large batches. You have the right to open packages and check their contents; moreover, clients often request this and ask to photograph the contents for order confirmation.
Many Western online stores, including major platforms like Amazon and eBay, do not deliver to Eastern European countries. Our company solves this problem by providing clients with virtual addresses in countries where stores ship their products. Our employees at these addresses receive the packages and then forward them to clients in Eastern Europe. This is a key aspect of our work, helping clients receive goods from Western online stores.

In some cases, we provide ready postal labels, which you will need to print and stick on the package. Sometimes we transfer funds in advance for you to pay for the delivery costs. You will simply need to use these funds to independently pay for the shipment.
Not always. Often packages will come to your address, but the recipient will be another person, our client. This is because some stores do not allow shipping goods to a name different from the account owner who makes the purchase. Moreover, orders made for other people are more often canceled and undergo additional checks. Our work system is adapted to these conditions to ensure maximum efficiency and safety of the delivery process.
The deadline for sending packages can vary depending on various circumstances. Sometimes there may be a delay in receiving instructions from clients, in other cases, clients may ask to delay the shipment to group it with other packages, or consolidation points may temporarily not accept packages. In any of these cases, as soon as you receive a notification in the system that the package needs to be sent, we expect you to make the shipment within two days. Prompt shipment of packages is one of the key aspects of our service, allowing us to stand out among slower competitors.
Packages can be sent from a wide range of stores, including large online platforms and specialized boutiques. You can expect to receive goods from popular sites such as Amazon and eBay, as well as from more specific stores like Victoria's Secret, Farfetch, and Rituals. This variety makes the work interesting and dynamic, as you will interact with a wide range of products and brands.
The work schedule in our company is quite flexible: you can negotiate with courier services to have deliveries made at a convenient time for you. However, it is important to be at home at the time of receiving the package so that you can photograph its contents and upload the photos to the system. Overall, the work does not take much time each day. Your main tasks are to receive the package, record its contents, and enter the information into the electronic system. When information about further shipment of the package arrives, you will need to take it to the dispatch point.
In most cases, you will be sending packages to the Russian Federation, often through Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Dubai. Sometimes you will also need to send packages to Ukraine and various European countries, mainly to the Baltic States. In addition, some packages will be directed to consolidation points in your country.

It is important to understand that they all contain terms aimed at ensuring security and protecting your rights within our cooperation. The Material Liability Agreement, in particular, is intended to prevent abuses by dishonest employees, including possible appropriation of packages. However, we understand and take into account situations when packages can be damaged before they are delivered to you or in the process of delivery to the client by the courier service. In such cases, you do not bear material responsibility.
You bear material responsibility only in cases where the loss of the package is intentionally caused by your actions. This means that if the package is "lost" due to your deliberate actions, responsibility falls on you. In all other cases, for example, if damage occurred during delivery or before it was received by you, you are not held materially responsible. We aim to ensure the safety and reliability of the entire process of delivery and processing of packages.
